Cultural Festival every year, attracting entrants from schools in the entire region.
OUTREACH
Our outreach programme is aimed at providing our students with hands-on
opportunities to serve those who are less privileged than
themselves. Each class has an allocated time to visit a needy
environment to
observe,
serve and
pray. These include disadvantaged schools, orphanages, informal settlements, old-age homes etc.
For Friends Friday is our weekly collection of groceries for
"From The Heart - Care Centre", a nursery for the young children in the Princess Informal Settlement.
ACADEMIC
The school has an annual whole-school camp for Grade 6 to Grade 12
where the emphasis is on essential life-skills and academic content
away from the classroom.
In the Primary School, children who experience difficulties with academic content, are assisted within the
Inclusion Programme.
This involves recapping of concepts by teachers in the afternoon and,
when re-teaching alone is not sufficient more intensive support classes
are introduced.
Art Club is offered as an academic extra mural in the Foundation Phase.
